US President Obama is coming to Georgetown and gives us a speech about current economy at 11:30am April 14, 2009
Former US President Bill Clinton (Georgetown alumnus) is going to attend Georgetown Global Forum in NYC April 17, 2009.

Clinton and Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Muhammad Yunus will address the world's most pressing challenges, including poverty, access to education and global health.

The Obama speech went relatively well. However, one interesting thing noted here is the following headline.

"Georgetown says it covered over name of Jesus to comply with White House request."

A long story short, White House had asked to remove anything that could be implying any religious view. Personally, I think why would White House bother to even choose a Catholic institution to begin with? It is like a guest going into a host family and asking the host family to remove any religious symbols. I cannot believe Georgetown went alone with the request.
