不知道各位怎麼寫...我是覺得都很重要...
但是不是一定要選一邊站
反正已經考掛了就拿出來討論一下

這題我有練習過

我的想法是 都很重要 [不一定要選邊站]

a leader deals with larger scales of problems

ie) Long time goal, strategic alliances etc. He must also know "how to plan, to organize, and to solve problems" for BIG THING.
- plan for the corporation's long term goal
- organize coporation funding
- solve compeition challenges...

Whereas, manager deal with smaller thing
ie) Employee problem, employee promotion problems, or customer complaints...
they also have to know
-how to plan
-how to organize employees
-how to sove product defects problems.
