這部份純粹是您過度臆測!
(假如mini-mill的品質比foreign更好呢?)

可是! 只要mini-mill生產的產品根本就跟大鋼廠不一樣...
那麼是不是不管品質或者是其他因素...小鋼廠打死不可能搶走大鋼廠的生意!! 所以E絕對比B來的好!
