Please kindly tell us how your 150 comes.
Your explanation would be quite valuable since seemingly the scoring methodology of GMAT is completely cracked by you.

including myself
in the real test, lots of cases I've heard of got 150 less than Prep in average since 2 years ago, even though the version is changed.
It makes sense. In my understanding, lots of questions in Prep are from OG, sometimes you can answer them easily without reading through. You can do that when you're familar enough with OG. The more familar with it, the greater the gap is. Some people can answer the questions almost immediately after reading the 1st sentence.
But I agree that it's still helpful to practice the pace, touch of real exam, and the questions are worthy to review. Just keep in mind that the scores are not that indicative in many cases.
150 is only a rough average, it's NOT derived from any kind of calculation. But you can easily tell from every author above. It's the same pattern. Less 150 in average.
OG is much easier than the real test.
It's no way to conquer the real test by existing questions selected from OG, especially you can almost memorize them mechanically.
I see. If the conclusion just comes from your personal experience, I would recommend not to be so assertive... :)
