請教一個問題....關於報名的問題.....求救

這是我填寫資料後....想要報名選考試時間上場了.....可是mba.com卻出現此一段文字.....請問一下這是正常的嗎....因為我打電話去補習班....他說照它網頁上的步驟就行了.....我說我就是照他們的步驟用的ㄚ....他也不清不楚的.....所以想請問大大....因為不搞定這件事....害的我心裡很緊張ㄚ
