可以分情況寫.1. 如果公司規模比較大,組織結構多,革新帶來的危險就比較大.如果公司比較小.組織層次少,那麽比較靈活,帶來的好處就可能多於危險.2.公司所處的行業和環境.如果行業是那種IT之類的新興産業, 行業的特點就是變革,如果你不變,肯定就被行業抛棄了.相反,壟斷性的行業就沒必要老是變來變去的.到時候自己變不過來,就崩了.3. 要看你變革的力度和重要性.你越是高層的變革,變革牽扯到的部門越多, 你帶來的後果可能就越嚴重吧.這種變革要謹慎.如果是底層的變革, 小變革, 即使變革不當,也不至於帶來太大的damage.4.還有很多,比如變革的頻率,經常變化,公司沒有足夠的時間調整策略,damage的可能比較大. 員工的適應性,公司的員工容易接受變革,還是比較保守,不易改變的那種.反正大家可以挑自己好寫的觀點寫.
