仍是針對使用者本身電腦的問題 但明明問題不是出在我電腦
很官方的回答...有問跟沒問一樣....

Regarding your inquiry:
We are sorry to learn of the difficulty you're experiencing with our
on-line registration.
You are required to use a browser that supports Java/Javascript and
secure transactions (SSL) on the Web. The security of financial
transactions conducted over the Web using any other software cannot be
guaranteed.
Because of some known problems with certain versions of Netscape, we
strongly recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0
or higher. We suggest that you download the latest version of Internet
Explorer from
http://www.microsoft.com/ie, and then try completing the
registration again.
If you are receiving:
SYSTEM ERROR
Since the application has been idle for a long time, this session has
already expired. Please reopen your session by using your Session ID.
Please note that you cannot reopen any session that has been submitted.
This is usually an indication that the user's browser does not accept
cookies. There can be a few different reasons for this:
1. Cookies have been disabled (cookies are enabled by default on all
the newer browsers so they would have to have been disabled
deliberately).
2. The personal computer (PC) being used is within a network that has
firewall software that does not allow cookies to be used.
3. The PC has personal firewall software that does not allow cookies to
be used.
If you continue to experience problems, please send us another e-mail
with the following information:
1. Your name and e-mail address
2. A detailed description of the problem and the steps you took
leading up to the problem.
3. The name of your Operating System (Windows 3.1, Windows NT, Mac,
etc)
4. The name and version number of your Web browser
5. The name of your Internet Service Provider
6. Your PC hardware manufacturer; (Dell, Gateway, Compaq, etc.)
7. Please also include a Screen Print of the error message whenever
possible.
This information will help our technical support staff determine the
cause of your problem more quickly.
