我想要報名一月份的考試，
可是我沒辦法用網路報名

我試過我所有想得起來的帳戶名稱及密碼都沒辦法登入
我想重新用一個新帳號也無法

這種問題我應該要如何解決呢？
拜託各位幫幫忙
