Ans: "is not"要改成"not be"
我不知道為什麼，覺得怪怪的，這樣that子句不就沒有動詞了嗎？
它的解答是說：
A verb word must be used in a clause after an impersonal expression, "is not" should be "not be" after the impersonal expression " it is essential"
