有沒有11月要考iBT的同學願意一起組讀書會??
剛剛10分鐘前接到馬來西亞的電話，明天iBT的考試要取消了~
理由聽說是ETS考試時間搞錯了~明天沒得考了
我就覺得10:00PM考實在很詭異嘛~可是ETS你也太晚發覺了吧??
.........該說什麼呢???我明天要考了才給我改時間
又給我改到台中去考，車錢向誰要呢??
更慘的我申請Thunderbird春季班，它12月1日要看到我的成績
時間來不及送到，誰要賠我??
為了發洩我歸~~我滿腔的怒火~我準備要寫信去ETS complain了
順便提醒明天跟我同時間考的傷咖網友，明天晚上沒有考試喔

無論如何，ETS的作業程序的確尚待加強，其事後補救工作也不盡完善，難怪引起考生抱怨，連我也想替他們喊冤了!尤其考試與申請時間逼近，學生們原本壓力就大，考前才突兀地天外飛來一筆說"喔搞錯了再幫你們安排別場"就算善後了嗎?希望ETS可以檢討一下!每個考生都應享同等的待遇與權利!...路人甲

In the event TOEFL test takers were unable to test on their test date due to the test center closing or the test was rescheduled by the test center or Regional Registration Center, ETS will reimburse reasonable travel expenses relating to the test appointment.
In order to be reimbursed for your travel expenses due to the closing of your test center or the rescheduling of your test, please fax documentation of your travel expenses and a copy of this e-mail within 30 days of your original test date to 1-609-771-7774, ATTN: TOEFL Reimbursement.
Your documentation will be forwarded to a supervisor upon receipt.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. If you have additional questions, please contact TOEFL Customer Service at 1-877-863-3546 or 1-609-771-7100, or visit the Web site at www.toefl.org. 意思就是ETS要補償我travel expenses，但是30天內要把費用的明細、這封E-mail、跟原本考試的日期傳真給它，因為我要去台中考，所以我想到時可能買車票或是住旅館的時候，要一份證明的文件吧
提供給跟我有同樣情形的同學參考
