To cancel your TOEFL Computer-Based Testing (CBT) appointment, you must
contact the Regional Registration Center (RRC) for the area in which
you are testing no later than three business days before your
appointment. Once your appointment has been canceled by the RRC, complete the
Refund Request Form on page 36 in the Bulletin and mail it to the TOEFL
office.
Candidates who cancel a CBT appointment or paid for a CBT Voucher but
have not used it are eligible for a partial refund of US$65.

Fax it to: 609-771-7500
If you received a CBT Voucher, return it with the completed request
form.
