看到很多人報名上的問題,我自己第一次報很順利,結果最近要報就遇到大家所說的問題,一直鬼打牆,或是進去了但我看都沒位置,可是有些人說還有。

我覺得這對要考試而言的人是很浪費時間,我看到有人說他清晨一直試,還是失敗就直接去上班了,還有人前幾天看台北一月都沒位置,就報了高雄的,結果今天一二月台北幾乎每天都有位置(我同學能進去,上去看說是真的)這樣那些人如果要改考場要得花USD50,我覺得ETS很會收費,可是他們自己系統不良造成的問題影響我們考試或申請我們卻不能怎樣,而且它們算是獨佔事業吧,非找他不可,大家難道都默默忍受嗎? ;-@

我剛寫了一封信去向ETS抱怨,把我聽到的問題遇到的問題都寫在裡面,並且說他們收那麼貴的費用卻沒有提供等值的服務,延期或取消要收的費用讓我感覺好像被搶劫。如果有人因為無法順利報名影響申請,誰來負這個責任?(不只網路,打去馬來西亞他們也可能說是主機的問題沒辦法幫你報)

不知道反應有沒有效,如果他們有回信我再告訴大家,實在是被他們氣到,替那些熬夜報名或是要搭火車南下考試的人感到很心疼......

氣到後面幾句字都有拼錯,平常寫作文還寫沒這麼多字呢... *-)

大多數人都說多試幾次或是報名要靠運氣,我覺得不該那麼消極,我們捧著報名費貢獻給美國還要看運氣?大家應該反應給ETS,要不然他們會繼續擺爛下去!

我今天光是報名就花了不知道幾個小時了
而且~~~我今天報了2次名
還不知道有沒有成功
超緊張的
真的很爛
獨占市場就可以這樣子喔

感覺起來直接打電話報名比較準
否則電腦查都沒有 打電話確都有

ETS sucks!!

一值進不去
最後終於成功了
出了很大的麻煩
我報名成功但是刷卡紀錄有兩次交易成功
而我朋友網路報名成功
但是電話確認之後
卻說沒有報名
我相信那時候有很多人有同樣的經驗
碰到錯誤訊息的網頁
試了一次又一次
主機卻頻頻當機
ETS的客服卻告訴我們
網路是正常的
想也知道 網路通訊當然是正常的
應該是主機出了問題
卻好像放著任由主機idle
是不是應該去想辦法
去維護?!


現在添我麻煩
要打電話給美國的ets
跟她們作取消的動作確認

我試了1個禮拜都沒成功
打過去又一直忙線
好不容易通了就說他們那邊也當機沒辦法查位子..
真是很吐血...
等一下也要去寫mail反應.....> <~
我的想法是,如果我不堅持到最後一刻,就不可能發生奇蹟,雖然我不知道有什麼奇蹟,但如果沒有一定要完成的心,奇蹟來了也來不及~

我之前有寄信反應過 大約10天後收到回覆
仍是針對使用者本身電腦的問題 但明明問題不是出在我電腦
很官方的回答...有問跟沒問一樣....

我也超生氣的啦!!當初為了搶四月改制前報名真的是搶破頭,還花了一堆錢,現在又莫名其妙開放,根本是把我們當白癡啊!!而轉換一次又要多收一筆錢,真的是太賤了!只能用太賤了來形容!!!我支持你寫信去抱怨!!!太過份了啦!!!學生已經夠窮的了,還要為了他們的爛政策爛主機多花錢!想到就生氣!!!
