用法是不是如下:

She doesn't like cats, and neither do I.
She doesn't like cats, nor do I.

neither在此用法下為adv而不是conj?
這樣子對嗎?

有關你說的neither部分是正確的
不過nor那一句一樣要加"and"
She doesn't like cats, and nor do I.(nor當adv.)
