[問題]在美考CPA 請問他的150hr的要求到底是

我現在在考慮要不要考美CPA
現在美考CPA似乎都有150 credit hr的要求
有沒有大大可以解說一下到底要怎麼算哩
我大學企管 有MBA
但是只修過初會
這樣是不是還要補修許多會計學分
還是去唸one year Macc program就可以補齊了

還有美會計師的出入大家覺得怎樣
我有想過也考個CFA 不過兩者領域似乎很不同
沒有辦法互相加分

最後美CPA執照在台灣出路如何
聽說因為稅法機制不同
拿這個證照回台沒有很大作用

you need 150 hours of class credits from an accredited university. Since most bachelor degree only requires 120 hours, so this requirement is assuming that you have more than a bachelor degree in accounting (master's or double major in undergraduate level).

With that said, you will need some prerequsite classes to fulfil the CPA requirement. You will need to take intermdeidate accouting I/II and advance accounting before you can sit for the exam.

Since CPA is a US government-issued certification, which allows you to sign off on documents (10Kreport, auditor's report...etc). I doubt it will have much use in Taiwan, unless you are auditing American companies that follows the US set of rules. Good luck

我先前在台灣Ernest & Young待三年，就我所接觸到的狀況，US CPA真的沒什麼用，除了考TW CPA可以少考幾科以外，在工作領域根本無用武之地，畢竟法規和會計公報差太多，更不可能簽證台灣公司。

另外，聽說US CPA比台灣好考，所以台灣的事務所對US CPA似乎評價不高。給你參考嘍～

我一年前考過了
在事務所工作也快三年了
在台灣的確是沒什麼太大用處
除非是在外商組或外商公司
但一起考的同學們很多是被逼著去考的
為了升遷等因素
所以...還是趁年輕有體力早點考吧

BTW 最近去考的人回報說現在越來越難考了
