考紐約bar的問題

紐約考bar的表單上有一項問在原國家可否執業(practice)
那如果在台灣還沒考律師者,
他又說要學校提供法律教育已經完成的證明,(上面的意思是指畢業證書以外的證明)
可是台灣的法律系沒有這種證明阿
請問各為這到底要提供甚麼證明呢?

可是我看紐約bar的報名表上寫的checking list,
成績單(transcripts)跟Admission Certificate or other Alternative Documentation.是兩樣不同的文件阿.我把原文貼出來
(a) transcripts
(b) Degree Certificate
(c) Admission Certificate or other Alternative
"If you are admitted to practice law in a foreign country attach a copy of your admission certificate. If you are not admitted to practice law in a foreign country than you must attach a written statement from your law school or the admitting authorities in that foreign country confirming that you have successfully completed all of the educational requirements for admission to practice in that country in compliance with 520.6(b)(1)."

這段話應該是說如果有律師執照者就要提供律師執照,沒有的話,要學校出證明說,已經完成所有執業的要求的意思吧??

請大家幫忙看一下,是這個意思嗎?還是我搞錯了,要怎麼做呢?

You should ask your Univ in Taiwan to provide a statement specifying your eligibility for the bar exam in TW.

Assuming you are completing or have completed your LLM degree, I think the requirements refer to:

(a) Transcripts from your graduate (LLM) school in the US
(b) LLM degree certificate
(c) Your undergraduate degree certificate (from a univ. in Taiwan)

Disclaimer: this is just what I think from reading your post, I am not a LLM/LLB/JD student. (But hope it helps...)
