可以問申請SJD or JSD 的問題嗎?

最近看到有些學校的網頁(Ex:UCB, UCLA...)上說，
申請JSD or SJD 要先拿到LLM的學位，如果沒有，也會要求要修LLM的課，而且SJD/JSD通常偏好收自己學校畢業的LLM。
這樣聽起來，似乎很難直接申請美國的SJD/JSD囉?
如果沒有美國LLM學位，申請SJD/JSD的可行性高嗎?不知道有沒有聽過成功的案例?
如果目標是SJD/JSD，還是得先申請LLM，還是可以直接申請SJD/JSD?

真是抱歉，問題好像不夠具體，但我還真不知道怎麼問得更具體咧....

it's impossible to apply for JSD directly. You don't even know how the US legal system works, and you have no clue as to how to write an acceptable law review, how to do research (you may even have difficulties in daily communication with the professors). From the perspective of US law schools, why would they waste their precious time and resources to teach you from the very beginning? That's obvious.

要念美國法院學的博士班，基本上一定要有llm的學位唷，目前沒聽過那個學校可以沒有申請的。
