A positive number X is multiplied by 2, and this product is then divided by 3. If the postive square root of the result of these two operations equals x, what is the value of x?
answer: 2/3 這題題目也看不懂...
第二題:
In 1995, 45 percent of a document storage facility's 60 customers were banks, and in 1987, 25 percent of its 144 customers were banks. What was the percent increase from 1985 to 1987 in the number of bank customers the facility had?
answer: 33 1/3% 這題不會算...
第三題:
A dealer original bought 100 identical batteries at a total cost of q dollars. If each battery was sold at 50 percent above the original cost per battery, then, in terms of q, for how many dollars was each battery sold?
answer: 3q/200

x 乘以2 後除以3，然後再開根號後 等於x
根號(2x/3)=x
兩邊平方後可以求得 x值

第二題
題目可能有誤吧？年份錯置的樣子
1987年 有60x45%=27個銀行客戶
1995年 有144x25%=36個銀行客戶
所以這段時間銀行客戶成長率為
(36-27)/27=33.333333%

第三題
100個電池成本為q
一個就是 q/100
賣家打算賺50%
所以每個要賣
(q/100)x1.5=3q/200
