insead interview -anyone had the same interviewer before?

My interviewer is working for McKinsey now. I wonder if anyone had this interviewer before. The last name is Chen.

I interviewed with her last month. She is really nice and I suggest you just be yourself and relax. The questions are as follows.

1. Why INSEAD?
2. Talk about your work experience to date.
3. Why the career change?
4. What made you most proud in your work?
5. Tell me about a failure experience when in school.
6. What can you contribute to INSEAD community?
7. Do you have any international experience?

Our conversation went on smoothly and I also asked her a couple of questions about INSEAD's culture and alumni network. She is nice and friendly so don't worry just be yourself.
