help: oxford mba on campus interview

hello, I happened to get an interview invite from oxford said mba. wondering if people who had been though this process can help

1.) for those who had done oxford on campus interview, please share with me about your experiences. (10000 thx)

why you only do phone interview? i want to visit Euro anyway so might as well get my interview done there.

我在學校的面試邀請信中，除了campus 跟 tel interview的選擇外，還有北京的面試，請問大家對北京的面試官安排有什麼了解嗎？是畢業校友還是admission office呢??

Because I found their questions are specific to each applicants, and are to seek visionary and analytical applicants; so I think in-person interview might not increase much of my chance, but a well-prepared answer would. I would rather save time to prepare more than to spend in travel. Once the decision is on me, I will visit the campus if necessary.

btw, I've heard many of their interviewers are their professors.

Oxford的面試 是教授進行
面試題目天馬行空 所以 我的建議是 一般其他學校有的面試題目 好好準備 自己專業的部分(他們真的有很認真讀妳的資料) 好好深思行業內任何妳想的出來的問題 最後隨機應變 就降 加油囉
