這個case是由三位Harvard的教授於今年二月所發表,討論到INSEAD如何面臨成為global business school的挑戰,尤其是multi-culturalism 與 dual campuses所帶來的議題

一開始是INSEAD的簡介,不同與官方網站的介紹 兩位作者是以INSEAD as a "Business School for the World" 為思路來提出相關數據,接著引到 INSEAD formula - "one year, two campuses".

One year: 雖然課程只有十個月 但 cover "85% of the class hours of a typical two-year MBA"

Two Campuses:INSEAD從70年代起便對亞洲商業投入相當的研究,到80年代成立Euro-Asia center,這一切的延伸與發展,歸結到90年代教授們對於成立亞洲campus的爭論,最後在2000正式啟用Singapore campus
選擇新加坡的其中一個原因是 “It is very multinational, with different religions and races. It was also small so that we did not risk being absorbed by the local culture."

後來也有討論到學生與教授diverse的background, 使其教學與互動不同於一般的 US program...
