For INSEAD Alumni

Hi,
I've got a few questions about application that I like to make sure.
1. INSEAD does not require a submission of my resume? Is it correct to say only submit what's requested on the application form (PDF)?

2. I'm trying to submit my application for 2009 Jan intake, R2. The deadline is 5/21 (about 2 weeks from now). Will any INSEAD alumni be so kind to review my application essays and give some pointers?
I'm targeting for only INSEAD at the moment caus INSEAD is the only 1 year top school that offers campus in Asia (singapore). Since I'm married with 2 kids, I gotta bring them with me when I go to school... so obviously INSEAD is the best choice..

Anyone else applying for R2?
