Monday 2nd May 2011: MIP Politecnico di Milano welcomed the new MBA students to the 32nd edition of the Full-time MBA.

Again this year, participants create a group rich in cultural and educational diversity. Represented amongst students are 18 nations mostly concentrated in Western Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

The program, given the Politecnico’s strong engineering tradition, continues to attract engineering graduates (42%), however the school’s analytical approach also holds much appeal for graduates of other disciplines: economics (40%) humanities (11%) and scientific backgrounds (7%).

While most participants have experience in general management (52%), the range of sectors is broad and covers everything from Consumer Products to Financial Services, Manufacturing to Consultancy and Telecommunications to Energy Oil and Gas.

Yesterday MBA participants embarked on a new challenge. They will learn much this year, not just in the relative comfort of the classroom, but also testing their knowledge and skills in the real world.

MIP has always held high expectations of the MBA students and at the same time is committed to providing them with invaluable assistance on their journey and towards fulfilling their expectations and hopes for the future.

We look forward to the year ahead with the International full-time MBA students and we wish them all the best, but above all, we encourage them to make the most of the vast array of opportunities that will presented to them over the course of the following year.
