how to negotiate for better package?

I have received an offer from a company in Tokyo.

However, I received another offer from the local company in the states after I came back from Tokyo for the job interview.

Since moving to Tokyo costs a lot of money; deposit, key money, rent and airfare etc.

How could I negotiate for a better package?
