想請教一下, 在下考慮至上海外商發展, 請問以什麼方式apply 較好? send resume to Headquarter? TW branch? or look at some websites similar to 台灣104? Any 大陸版的求職網站可以推薦一下? or any headhunter可以推薦一下?

Consider apply to HK head hunters. They have job openning for Shanghai as well. Most importantly, your chance is higher if you first build up MNCs experience in Taiwan.
