WANTED: Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Finance

The Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Finance will deliver high-quality financial and business management support to the Global Supply Chain function.
Including managing detailed reporting and analysis for distribution operations planning (including Inventory and Service) and providing ongoing business performance reporting to executive team. The Senior Manager will analyze data in a way that draws insights that can be used to base decisions and create strategies. This position works with Global SC executives to gain an understanding of Avon's global business.

More specifically, the Senior Manager:
Coordinates the yearly Inventory Planning process working closely with the Global Planning VP. Performs analytics on results as well as all the drivers of Inventory movement. Actively participates in strategy discussions regarding Inventory management.
Coordinates and manages the Service KPI system and Planning and Reporting process of Service, as well as doing the budget for the McConnell project.
Provides support to the Group VP of Global Order Fullfillment by reviewing distribution costs and areas of productivity improvements. Performs Benchmarking analysis from region to region and facility to facility.
Understands the capital budget planned and the return expected from the money spent.
Provides ad hoc reporting related to Directors requests, short term special projects and peer training in other areas.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Finance and Operations preferred
5-10 years experience required, global experience a plus
Must have experience running a project
Specific experience with Inventory management and overall Supply Chain processes needed
Strong system skills required
Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Must have proven ability to break down barriers to drive for and achieve results
Basic understanding of financial statements and supply chain drivers, particularly all aspect of Inventory (including standard cost accounting) needed
Must be an excellent communicator and able to develop working partnerships with counterparts across the world.
