Nice to know someone is interested in CEIBS as well.
The Asia region of coffee shop is like in ice age forever.

First, don't worry about the past record. since you can't change it, you might wanna look at what you can improve now.
I also had a mediocre, actually barely pass 60, GPA in college, but I got in.
I think you should work on GMAT. A higher GMAT is always a plus. The safe zone of GMAT to get in CEIBS is above 680, I guess.
I think, for some reason, CEIBS is kind to Taiwanese. So you always have a chance.

Secondly, CEIBS has an uncommon case interview. you need to perform well to impress Adcom. Overall, I think interview is quite important in the CEIBS application process.

Finally, CEIBS is a more general managment oriented school. It is similar to HBS. Therefore, I think CEIBS is looking for someone that is going to re-juvernize the business in China. They are looking for future shining CEO to be their alumni. The better strategy is to discript a big picture in the area you are familiar with. And, don't bluff because those professors are experienced in many industries. You got to have some brilliant ideas to impress them.
