位於中國上海的中歐國際工商學院是上海市政府和歐洲聯盟共同出資於1994年創辦的非營利性教育機構，在英國《金融時報》的MBA課程最新排名為全球第11名，連續四年亞洲第一，也是迄今為止唯一一個進入全球榜單第一梯隊的亞太地區商學院。

一群台灣MBA在校生與校友將在台北舉辦申請說明會, 預定場地容納人數為60人.

以下是07年CEIBS學生背景介紹:

2007年MBA課程中，國際申請人（不含港澳臺）比例為36%，比去年有較大幅度提升。這些申請者來自美國、英國、德國、法國、比利時、奧地利、西班牙、日本、新加坡、馬來西亞、韓國，阿根廷、瓜地馬拉等30餘個國家或地區。

申請者的學術背景也同樣引人注目。他們大部分來自各國著名學府，如美國的麻省理工學院、哥倫比亞大學、普林斯頓大學、密西根大學、康乃爾大學，韓國的漢城國立大學、朝鮮大學、新加坡的新加坡國立大學、印度的國立技術大學, 愛爾蘭的都柏林大學、台灣的台灣大學與政治大學、中國的北京大學、清華大學、復旦大學、上海交通大學、廈門大學、浙江大學等等。GMAT成績跨越600至770分，平均成績683分。

申請者職業背景也非常突出。他們曾任職的公司包括：ABB、英國石油公司、德勤諮詢、滙豐銀行、Infosys電子、3M中國、美林證券、摩根史坦利、瑞銀華寶、三星電子、西門子電器、巴斯夫化工、福特汽車、通用汽車、華為技術、漢莎航空、花旗銀行、中國工商銀行等等。

小道消息:
據今年的MBA office透露，第一輪申請者(請注意是申請平均不是錄取)的average GMAT是685了。
比去年還高，要進CEIBS是一年比一年困難。

I do wish to be there, but unfortunately, I will still be in NY then. My flight back to Taipei is 12/25. I do commit in the promotion of CEIBS, it grows our reputation and alumni, which is actually the most important two assets of M7 in my perspective.
