電話interview是否都是兩個interviewers？
若可以，是否直接到中歐去一趟面試比較好？

2.中歐的學歷台灣是否承認？

背景：
我想中歐會給我面試機會大概主因是AT 720+台塑工作經驗(45 months)。

申請中歐的原因：中歐的優勢
1.地點永遠是最重要的因素，它不只關係個人的選擇、也塑造學校的強弱。中歐在中國、而且在上海，這是他最吸引我的地方。我曾經出差到上海，外灘的夜景真的很漂亮、除了看到儷影成雙、也看到無數國際品牌的霓虹燈，這裡大概是全世界一眼能夠看到最多國際品牌的地方。我認為我這輩子的生涯跟中國大概脫不了關係。當然，若你要在美國工作、或嚮往美國生活，那麼一定要去美國念。若要在香港工作，就選香港中文大學吧!
2.亞洲地區排名最高，姑不論什麼原因讓他排名最高，這讓他有一些優勢。
3.相對低廉的成本。據我估計，若沒獎學金，美國名校兩年全部費用大概要400萬還不含exchange program。但中歐二年應該150萬可以解決，而且據說包括exchange program的費用。
4.相對較短的修課時間，也許因為沒有intern 的關係，早點出來搶工作吧^^...2010畢業生，我不認為景氣會太好。

不過我也要說一下中歐可能的劣勢：
1.中歐只有商學院，不若北大或香港中文大學是綜合型的，資源上可能有些限制。每年產出的畢業生當然也相對少很多。
2.他很年輕，所以沒有多少校友。(雖然我認為校友只有在某些情況下才對個人有幫助)
3.對台灣學生而言，中歐的學歷台灣不承認。這對就業上可能有些麻煩，但並非不可解決。不過，我還不確定能夠拿到Offer，所以這點不細談^^

以上討論不包含課程的設計等。

我的意思是
我想去美國唸,是因為美式教學重獨立思考,主動參與的學習環境
這對我比較有幫助
而亞州學校是否會和台灣很像?教條,呆板

這個我覺得不用擔心，畢竟學校裡面的老師都是從知名的商學院請過來的。
教授的芳法倒是會很活潑...

我覺得投資中歐就跟投資中國市場一樣是有一定的風險，就看你對這樣的風險有沒有接受的程度吧.

You don;t have to worry about the teaching style. it is similar to western b-school.
We use case method as well and most cases are from Harvard, Darden, Stanford or CEIBS itself.
As a matter of fact, Asian students need time to fit in because participation and group discussion means a lot to your grade.

It took me about twenty minutes to take the phone interview with two professors and a woman, maybe a adcom officer.

Question list:
1. career history and career goal?
Actually, I went through my personal introduction, from university, military service and work experience in FPC.

2. Why MBA? What MBA can benefit you?

3. What kind of problems may I face when I start up my own business?
It seems that I did not do a good job so that a professor ask the fifth question.

4. The adcom ask me whether I got a job after resigning from FPC? What did I do during this period.

5. What factors are important in the first year when I start up my company?
This question is a little tricky because it is regarding to the first year. My answer is Money and Technology. I truely regard these two factors are the most important at the beginning. But this answer seems to weaken my reasons to pursue a MBA degree. I will explain this question with details and link it to why MBA is important to me.

6.leadership experience (in the work)? and what kind of leadership to be?
For the first question, I went through all of my leadership experiences.

Based on my experience, interviewers pay more attention on my career history and career goals. They did not ask me "Why CEIBS" and "contributions", but I got well-prepared for these questions. a pity!

I think they have to interview the next candidate so that they need to control the time to progress the process. That means they will not ask too many questions but the most important questions--your career, and goals. On the other hand, an interviewee need to express himself well in a limited time. My strategy is to go through my prepared materials to the subject. Maybe it will not that fit in the question they provide. But I think I can answer the question more well-organized in this way.

I am not sure whether it is good or not. Would any master give me any suggestion?

ps. I found that it will keep silent for a while after my statement. I think the interviewers need to take notes. I think it is more understanding if you can lower the speed of speaking and 同一個問題各點間隔多一點點時間. 讓面試官有時間作筆記! This is only my personal opinion and I found this two cents after interview.

After interview, I can only cross my fingers.

1.到美國要作的健檢報告一定要去台安醫院嗎?還是有固定格式？若有，這格式要去哪裡拿？
2.大陸的話，是否須要類似去美國的健檢報告？

因為想趁這段時間比較閒去做全身健檢，順便把這些健檢報告搞定。以利日後出國前不用重覆作。(如果出得去的話^^")

寫感謝信才想到一件事：
我只記得一位教授的名字：Thomas, professor of operation management.
但另一位...尷尬，忘了!

不知道有沒有人也是今天面試的，或者知道另一位教授的名字？
還有，另一位女性面試官，應該是adcom officer，我也不知道名字？
不知是否有人知道他們的名字？

剛剛去跑步，卻越想越不對!
雖然面試官沒問"why CEIBS"，但既然我有準備，而且我自信能講出一些東西來，尤其可以帶入我出差上海的經驗，展現對學校的熱情!我應該在最後問完問題，還有剩的時間把他講出來。

可惜了，這一仗沒有打得很好，但學到一些東西。下一仗努力吧!

只能留一點經驗給後人：要想盡辦法展現對學校的熱情，在Essay, 在面試, 在各種可能的情況，用各種的方法。

Taiwanese stuednts need ot do a health check on Campus at registration day.
International students need to go to a designated hospital at Puxi for a health check.
So no need to do it before coming to China. waste of money.
But for your personal health care, it is oK.
