U. of Houston的program蠻大的。faculty list上有21個老師之多。
上禮拜學校才跟我說資料到齊要開始審查(我大約一月底送的)。原來已經開始發offer。看起來我是沒有機會了^^

Exactly!! For first year PhD students like me, it is really a big big difference!!! We are only one year senior to them, but have about 2/3 of their stipend. Although, all of the PhD students are benefit from the new funding, but, for those who are not yet advanced to candidates, the increasing stipend is not significant. So, maybe UW is more generous to you guys.
