就字典上來看, 兩者詞性相同(adv.),
因此必須從字義上著手,
我自己的理解是:
specially比較是指 "特意的, 非廣泛的", 或是說, 比較有依照人的意念而完成的
especially則是"特殊的, 尤其的", 比較像是在說明一事實.

因此, 這裡的serious pollutant, 不是一個故意, 有心去完成的東西, 它比較像是一種特殊的現象, 所以使用especially會比較恰當. 答案應該是(A)
