Welcome to the MBA at Washington State University! The Office of Graduate Programs in Business has recommended you for admission to the WSU Graduate School to begin the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Pullman, WA for the fall semester, 2006. An official letter from our office will soon be arriving by post.

Admission is required from both the College of Business and Economics and the WSU Graduate School. If you have met all of the Graduate School requirements, you will soon receive official notification of your admission and your admission certificate.

請問各位大人們, 這樣算錄取了嗎?
主要是第一段講建議, 第二段有個IF, 弄的我毛毛的.
