我的問題是:which前面沒有逗點,那應該是限定子句才對阿,為什麼og上說which子句是非限定子句?

Older style guides make two firm points about the difference between the two types of clause:

Restrictive clauses are introduced by that and are not separated from the rest of the sentence by commas.
Non-restrictive clauses are introduced by which and must be separated by commas from the rest of the sentence to indicate parenthesis.

那我只能說是題目出錯了,如果which要表示非限定的話,要有逗點,不然which還是可以引導限定子句(雖然這個用法不好,但是還是有人在用),如同此題,前面不加逗點,是限定子句~

這題沒有問題呀

因為動物體內應該只會有一套熱交換系統
所以這裡應該是非限定用法
用that或 ,which
歐姬裡面又說
牽涉到definition的用法以that為佳

which:引導非限定子句,可是要加逗點,跟原本句子隔開

og的解釋:which引導非限定用法(顯然它強調which不能引導限定子句)
可是題目(a)中,which並沒有逗點,我還是會把它成限定子句,所以我認為(a)中which引導限定子句,引出重要資訊

當然題目考點並不在that or which...

在AT的修辭考試中,對於引導限定子句的關係代名詞,ETS都偏好用
THAT, 在其他的題目中也可見到這樣的情形, 因此遇到這類型的問題,你可以很快將WHICH引導的答案排除...
