她跟我說明錯誤為何發生以及我為何被拒絕
她也說明了第一封並不是official錄取信
還表示第一封信裡面就已經提到這不是正式的錄取信
最後跟我說明他們的決定不可能改變

我便回覆給她
先貼上我的錄取信，
然後問她說你說的那些有關此信非正式錄取信的文字在哪裡？？
我根本就沒有看到......請你找出來給我看....
然後引用了Charleneshen先生剛才回應我文章的一些話....

我知道爭取應該是無望
但是我就是想要很"番顛"的去吵吵看

I am very sorry regarding the mistake on your file; however, our
decision emails state that it is an unofficial notice from our committee. Only upon receiving the official acceptance, is our offer "official." I explained in my email to you, immediately discovering the mistake in the database, why the mistake happened on your file. I also explained why the committee rejected your application. Although your application was very strong, the committee typically will not accept a student who has lower than a 30% on their verbal section on the GMAT.

Because we take our applicants very seriously, I assure you that your
file received a thorough review from several faculty members and top senior administration. Again the only concerning part in your application was the verbal section.

學校指的official 應該是指正式的錄取通知書，也就是信件（mail），不

是email 所以他才說email的那一封錄取信是unofficial


不過會發生這樣的情況，這個學校不念也罷

只是我覺得就一個常理來判斷，應該都不會想太多吧！
而且她的E-mail也沒有說明這不是正式的信件，
我個人覺得他們給我的回覆很爛，
我剛才又寫信給她們的Dean,
還在她們"只給錄取的新生"留言的版上
跟大家說我的狀況，
讓其他國家的新生知道，
說真的，
我已經不想去Buffalo了（也應該是上不了啦）
但是
現在純粹就是賭一口氣，
真的不喜歡被人家當白癡耍的感覺，

from the legal class i took this semester, if you mailed them or informed them that you accepted the offer after the 1st mail, this situation had become a "contract." Then you are in a good and strong position to argue or even file a lawsuit. If you really want to take it seriously, try to talk the lawyer first. Or you can use the power of crowd, posting it to the major forums such as US News or Businessweek. I do believe the school will take it more seriously!

不過這個做法只能2敗具傷,因為即使他受你威脅接受你入學,你真的敢去唸嗎?你不怕他在校內整你嗎?
不過如果最後他還是不肯妥協接受你,這個方法也蠻狠的,可以出一口氣,但應該留再最後想要兩敗俱傷時使用的絕招

First of all, I don't see any sign that shows the application process is series enough. If so, there won't be any such rediculous mistake. I did not see any sentence in the first e-mail that shows "unofficial". How do you want me to believe the rejection is true as well?

Secondly, your misleading "UNOFFICIAL ADMISSION" has totally changed my career path. Because I deem your admission series, I've decided my way to go. That's why I reject other opportunities from other schools. Now I have nowhere to go. It is most likely that I have to postpone my MBA program due to YOUR MISTAKE. Think about same thing happen on you, what is your feeling? If you really take applicants seriesly, you will not let it happen.

I am expecting to hear something different from your answer. Otherwise, further steps will be taken into account.
