我想，regulating應該是ordinence的修飾分詞吧
然後做出 mandaed, required, and granted.....

是呀，走火入魔就是這種感覺
這幾天都在讓自己正常，坦白說我還不夠穩
因為狀況好的話正確率很不錯，狀況差的話就錯誤百出
可我偏偏是三更半夜狀況才好

我個人以為是慣用語:
require (of) sb. to do sth
這邊的"of"可省略...
所以你會看到有時有of有時沒of...
所以兩者是一樣滴....

如何做區別？？

根據黃老師上課講解OG題目時,他認為require of 相較 require 比較沒有強制性的意含!!
也就是require of 算是比較溫和的口氣建議...

and前加, 有兩個情形
1 連接兩個句子(S+V) (時態一致除非有強烈的時間順序)
2 連接3個以上的 N 或 V 時 (詞性一致)

本題應該為第二種情況

但請問您指的第一個動詞是regulating嗎?
我覺得regulating應該是用來修飾ordinance,而不是3個動詞中的第1個,
動詞應該只有required 及 granted
如此,還是不了解為何要加","....
