支持CBT加考！趁著財團法人語言測驗訓練中心目前為止仍未接獲ETS通知CBT何時全面取消而；新托福測驗(IBT)何時正式實施。
因為一直盯著是否有位子的日子真的很辛苦，書沒念好，位子也沒著落，若真的要參加IBT，成績想必是慘不忍睹，出國之路迢迢。

The New TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT) will be introduced in South Korea in late May in selected cities.

To ensure all students have access to the test during this transition period, ETS will offer alternative testing arrangements for any student who is unable to schedule a TOEFL iBT test appointment.[/color]

Registrations for the new TOEFL iBT will commence in late April for selected cities and can be made through the KAEC contact centre or through the www.ets.org/toefl Web site from this date.

Please continue to visit this Web site for any updates with regard to TOEFL iBT.

All registrations through the Internet have been restricted to ensure fair and orderly processing during this period of high demand for testing space.

Until advised further, all registrations must go through the KAEC contact centre. This can be done via phone: +82-2-3211-1233, fax: +82-2- 3275-4029 or +82-2-3275-4028 Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. or via registered mail to the below address.

基於此紅色部分敘述
要求台灣加開CBT的理由是充分的 (個人臆測)

還是說聲抱歉 兩週前發現韓國六月CBT那個上午
應該弟一時間po上來 各位會有很多的機會
(當天上午9:00發現時 整個六月都是avaible 包括兩個考場)

ibt畢竟對大部分台灣考生來說是不容易準備的
希望ETS也能基於韓國的理由 於台灣加開CBT
實在沒理由"South Korea only"

若ETS不主動加開
五月初大家來想辦法push ETS.

小弟4/28考試 考完隔週一即會寫信以及電話試試看
有消息即回報

( 當然也需要各位幫忙 phone/mail push ETS / 連署 等等... )

( 其實小弟3/29已經考到240,距離目標250只差一小段
也許4/28就可以達陣不在碰toefl了
但這正是受惠於四五月加開的CBT

對個人來說 報名到六月的CBT 心理上的幫助大於實質
因為遠赴韓國考試也挺辛苦 當然不希望去真的去韓國
但心中知道六月還有備胎 五月不是最後一次機會
心理壓力就減輕很多了

同理也希望 能盡些心力 促成六月CBT加開 讓更多人受惠

大家一起來貢獻一點心力 表達台灣學生強烈的不滿並力爭該有的權益

To whom it may be concerned,

This e-mail is a voice from Taiwan, and written by a lot of students who have prepared for the TOFEL CBT for a long period. Because a lot of students can't register any position for the TOEFL CBT before May 2006 in Taiwan. Therefore, a lot of students hope to make a request to extend the CBT until the IBT could really be launched. After the IBT go production, we hope that the TOFEL CBT could be extent for three months.

From the newspapers, many Taiwanese have learned that ETS already opens up CBT on June 2006 ONLY in the Republic of Korea. But In Taiwan, so far we still don’t know the exact start time of TOEFL IBT. Many students have complained a lot that they can't register any TOFEL CBT before May 2006. Please consider to extend the period of TOEFL CBT to satisfy a lot of exam requests in Taiwan.

To study abroad smoothly, we have spent a lot time to prepare the TOEF CBT L. But the uncertain policy of TOEFL did make a lot of students in confusion. Frankly, it's unfair and ineffective for all Taiwan students who have prepared for TOEFL CBT for a long period. Therefore, we hope that ETS can continue the TOEFL CBT in Taiwan. To arrange our study abroad schedule, we hope that ETS could be generous in giving help.

因為那我就可以先全力準備六月初的GRE
考完GRE再把托福簡單複習一下上戰場

依美國ETS（Educational Testing Service）及Prometric通知，原訂於3月31日停止辦理之TOEFL CBT（托福電腦化測驗）將順延至5月30日；台灣地區TOEFL iBT最快可能於六月開辦，但仍待ETS確認。因此，計劃報考TOEFL的考生，請隨時注意本網站最新消息。報考TOEFL CBT或TOEFL iBT測驗時，請注意CBT與iBT的報名網站不同，一經報名後恐無法更改測驗類別。
