我是用時態看的。B的時態肯定錯，the construction between 1876 and 1904表明construction這個動作開始于過去，並且結束於過去，和現在沒有任何關係，所以現在完成時錯，只能用一般過去時；between 1876 and 1904作為一個時間副詞片語插入修飾construction這個動作性名詞是可以接受的。

我同意between 1876 and 1904 也是關鍵之一
的確應該是像A一樣要形容construction才對

不過我覺得B給我的感覺會很像標明前面整個句子的時間點

我覺得就算BETWEEN 1876 AND 1904這句話無論是否在句意上來修釋CONSTRUCTION或SYSTEM,都不是重點,(當然這當中可能牽扯邏輯語意的問題),這題的重點我認為應該是陳述一個歷史(過去)的事實,而BETWEEN 1876 AND 1904就是一個CLUE,來提示要用過去式動詞來配合,所以BC必不選喔!!!!!
