此題的語意重點應該是在mass-production 是passible的
不是that manufactured goods were mass-produced這整件事情是passible的
這是OG有很多這樣的例子,不過到現在還是很難去判斷
可以針對這部分在多做補充

硬要說C的代名詞有誤我覺得扯偏了 , 這是憋腳的強調句變形而已 , 應該沒啥代名詞指誰的問題...

我是用句意破解的
一來E中的possible沒有倒裝，不符由短至長的基本原則
二來was marked 前的and沒有平衡，也是不符ETS 的要求
三來我個人認為，如果原句是被動式，施加動作的人被隱藏起來，by using 會有找不到施加動作的人的問題
但用by the use of ...就比較通順。個人感覺
