先列出 100 的positive factor
-> (1), 2, 4(=2x2), 5, 10(=2x5), 20(=2x2x5), 25(=5x5), 50(=2x5x5), 100(=2x2x5x5)
由此可知，把 2 跟 5 的倍數找出來就是了

2的倍數：2~98，共49個
5的倍數：5~95，共19個
10的倍數：10~90，共9個

所求 = 99 - (49+19-9) = 40
