一般在og的解釋中表目的用to居多
且b的選項中sitting有兩種意思一個是which sits ,or and sits
兩種都有可能,所以有岐義,比較起來D的選項較簡潔通順

1.看5個選項，考關代VS分詞構句、平衡、代名詞指涉
2.再看題目，知道farm後面應是關代為佳，且帶有兩個平衡動作，故排除A、B；C不好，因為不平衡；E不好，應為不平衡且多個it(應指涉原句主詞，但與句意相違背)
3.選D最好
PS:不用分詞構句因為它修飾原句的動詞，為其延續動作，也就是說句意會成為"公司"已經發展...且位於水面之下.....，這樣不是很奇怪嗎?

兩個月後再來看這題我還是錯，不過現在搞清楚了！
that子句表「限定」說明是哪一種"oyster farm"，因為farm有很多種，不用that用,which比較不好。

加上如果如你所說是和developed平衡，那句意就變成很奇怪了。
「在Scotland的某公司發展出一種可以建在水面下的oyster農場的原型，這農場是建在水面下的。而某公司提供了一個很好讓mollusk生長的環境！」

如果把上面某公司換成oyster農場會不會比較好一點？

和sit平衡就是把某公司換成「oyster農場」啦
