IDENTIFICATION POLICY
The ID that you take to the test center must contain the exact name you
use to register. This ID must also contain your signature and a
recent, recognizable photograph. It is your responsibility to read and
understand the ID requirements by referring to the TOEFL Bulletin or the
TOEFL Web site at www.toefl.org.
If testing OUTSIDE of your country of citizenship, you must present
your passport. If testing WITHIN your country of citizenship, you must
present either a passport with photograph and signature; a driver's
license with photograph and signature; national ID with photograph and
signature; or military ID with photograph and signature.
You must have acceptable and valid photo identification to be admitted
to a test center. If you arrive at the testing center without the
required identification, you cannot test and you will lose your
registration fee.
All test takers in BANGLADESH, INDIA, and PAKISTAN must present valid
passports.
RESCHEDULE/CANCEL POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must go to
www.prometric.com or call the registration center no later than 3 full
days before your appointment (not including the day of your test or the
day of your request) There is a $40.00 USD fee to change your
appointment. If you cancel your appointment prior to the deadline, you will be
eligible for a partial refund. The latest you can reschedule this
appointment is 25 June 2006.
