because: 1. that 平衡
2. 表目的用to determine ==>more idoimatic, "for determining" 整個就很怪
3. 很多gmat 題, whether後面不加 or not

c+1,但我想問一個關於than後面那各"is"的問題,有的時候這種比較的動詞可以省,有的時候不能省,我想問原則是清楚就頃向省略,不清楚才需要寫出來嗎
