如果你有在美加補過莫老的課，
應該會聽到他這樣說，
"recession?什麼recession，你知道我不知道阿，這種答案不能選"
(莫老師對不起m(_ _)m)

關代當做受詞時省略是較不正式的用法，
而且，只有which才能被省略，
which所連接的子句代表可被省略而不影響原句的補充說明。

本題中，recession是一個必須備說明的概念，
所以既不能用which也不能省略喔。

謝謝你喔~~我本來也是醬子覺得,但是當我看到OG11th 54題E選項的時候就亂了, E選項:to establish tighter restrictions on the amount of grain farmers will be allowed to grow and to encourage....不懂為什麼這邊farmers之前不用加that... :~

這題我完全沒注意到這個部份，你真的很細心，
應該這麼說吧，
這裡如果用了which或that，是否句意會被曲解？
句意應是指限制農民所能耕作稻米數量，
如果加that就會變成，
to establish tighter restrictions on the amount of grain that farmers will be allowed to grow and to encourage
問題就來了，
先行詞是grain還是the amount of grain呢？
十之八九會指前者，但句意卻是後者。
所以去關代比留關代好。

小弟淺見，大家一起討論。

不好意思.對於這一題.我本身有一些疑問.為什麼這裡必須要用'had feared"?而不是用過去式? 另外提到" instead to come" 或是"rather to come" ETS都說沒有完成第二句的部份..針對這一點.我不太懂耶.可否請幫幫忙呢?

我也有相同疑問....
過去完成式不是要有兩個過去時態比較先後次序
這一題根本找不到其他的過去時態....
用過去完成式真的很怪

我認為在此用過去完成式是為了要表達many analysts在今年曾經擔憂過, 而且現在他們已經不擔憂了

過去完成式, 表事情發生在過去, 且已經結束了
