D這句不是與事實相反的假設語氣
它只是一般的條件句(Conditional Sentence)

85 (C) 沒選到是做題時英文沒看懂,以為 private land 是主詞,如果只關心private land有沒有用來餵草,就沒啥意義.
後來發現兩個動詞=> before 當連接詞 => either 兩者, 才意會過來.

請85的（D）說的prosperous是在比common land和private land的user的prosperous程度嗎？

(D) Were the users of the common land {that was studied} at least as prosperous as the users of the private land?
P.S. land condition 和 prosperous 不太相關喔!
