似乎不會用到xy<>0這條件
cd's ans:條件1變更被除數，當Y<4而2Y>4時，X/2Y的餘數就肯定不等於X/Y的餘數...比如10/3餘1；10/6餘4...但當Y和2Y都大於4時，X除以兩者後餘數可能相同，比如14/5和14/10...所以條件1不成立。
條件2成立，因為（X+Y）/Y=X/Y+1;兩者同余，由2可知答案X/Y也餘4...
