我的看法是~
1) 句中出現since 的句子用現完式, have found 呼應 have exposed
2) 選項Ｂ裡的exceeding時態有問題…….
若改成 International loans that are extensive in size and exceed in some cases,……..
這樣 exceed 去修飾 International loans 較能符合平行修飾原則~
3) OG 裡的 …,that are/which are　……等等這類的都易歸為 redundancy, 所以extensive international loans 會比 International loans that are extensive 來的簡潔 ~~~~
