所以先刪(A)(B)

(1)(D)(E)裡面的where所引導的子句應該是完整句子，可是卻只有S+V，缺受詞
(2)Like N1, N2 V O
N1跟N2要同類，題目的N2是機場，(D)(E)卻是城市，所以不同類
所以再刪(D)(E)

(2): As + 句子 也可用做比較

此題A的virtually作幾乎， 單獨看一般式are可以，但跟were built時態不匹配， 造成意思上偏差。
此外，C比A簡潔， 故C is best。
