怎麼知道這邊的 it 是指Central Intelligence Agency brpad discretionary 而不是指 the SupremeCourt awarded?
因為我當初是因為 it 不知指誰, 所以我選(C)
現在, 我知道(C)錯, 但(A)是不是不一定是對的?
