想要爭取加開10月CBT場次的同學們：
大家好，現在也許應該要陸續向ETS寫信，請她們加開10月CBT的場次了，也許會因為有需求，ETS才會有供給，如同Kresia同學所說的，與其等待不如先寫信跟ETS反應，尤其是還要準備RE或是AT，也沒有餘力再去準備IBT的同學。謝謝！

Dear Candidate,
Regarding your inquiry:
Only Kaohsiung has CBT availability of 09/20/2006 and 9/21/2006. If candidates
cannot get a seat to take the test there on that date, they must take the iBT
which is already up and running in Taiwan.
You can register to take the TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT) outside the United
States, Canada, or U.S. Territories* in several ways:
Online in the Learners and Test Takers section of the TOEFL Web site at
www.ets.org/toefl
A valid credit card is required to register online (American Express, Discover,
JCB, MasterCard, or VISA), or you may use an electronic check (e-check) if you
have a bank account in the United States or its territories.
By Phone Call the Regional Registration Center (RRC) that services the country
in which you plan to test. Contact information is in the Information and
Registration Bulletin for TOEFL Internet-based testing and in the Learners and
Test Takers section of the TOEFL Web site at www.ets.org/toefl.
By Mail Complete the registration form in the Information and Registration
Bulletin for TOEFL Internet-based testing. Mailing instructions are on the
form. The registration form can also be downloaded from the TOEFL Web site.
Registration deadlines, fees, and payment policies are in the Bulletin and on
the TOEFL Web site. You may download or request a printed copy of the Bulletin
in the Learners and Test Takers section of the TOEFL Web site at
www.ets.org/toefl.
It is the responsibility of the potential test taker to be aware of all TOEFL
policies and procedures prior to registering.
Although you must follow the instructions outlined above to register, the
following list provides some ideas about test centers offering the iBT in your
location in the future:
