對於這題我有兩大疑惑...
1.
(a)try to do sth是嘗試要去做...
(b)try doing sth是嘗試做某物
感覺上應該要用(b)Ving才有做的感覺嗎?
(a)好像是還未做...正要嘗試去做...
那又怎麼發現有5000種勒?

2. count可當及物和不及物...
但我查字典感覺若是要當"計算"要有被計算的東西當受詞...
所以(A)那個答案的count沒有受詞怎麼知道計算甚麼?

所以答案是不是應該是(C)阿?

感覺....只是感覺
try to v....表達嘗試去做的動作是不一定做的到的,有種比較不肯定的感覺
ex: try to forget, try to avoid....

:P 耍笨....C沒有指代的問題.

要是it指sub-languages or dialects的話,應該是用反身代名詞去指代.
另外it指sub-languages or dialects那with it就多餘了,因為句意變成附屬語言在附屬語言中???怪怪
根據原意,應該是分辨某語言跟其附屬語言(也就是地方方言)是粉困難的
就可以知道it是指某語言a language

依句意鬥號前在講難分一語言跟次語言或方言
(像北部台與跟南部台語就不太一樣)
因此it是指between後面的a language

但鬥號後是要講"那些去算有多少語言的人"
是在講最前面的how many language"s"
是要用them來代
這些人算出共約5000種語言

這提try to count跟try counting基本上一樣
try to do sth跟try doing sth是一樣的
