2006/8/21 聯合報內附 The New York Times精選 第A5 頁
Coffe, and Hope, Now Grow Where Genocide Once Ruled (by LAURA FRASER)
He has earned enough money to send his children to school, buy health insurance, a cow and two goats, and is planning on building a new house.
A) He has earned enough money to [(send….school), (buy…….goats), and (is…..house.)]
Or
B) He { has earned enough money to[(send….school), (buy…..goats)] }, and { is …….house. }
如果是A) “is” 和 “send “ “buy” 作平行(X, Y, and Z),那 “is “ 為何不用”be” 作成 to +Vr
如果是B) “is” 和 “has “ 作平行結構,那為何 to後面接send….school 及 buy…goats,
Ⅱ、句子中間 buy health insurance, a cow and two goats
A)如果是 health insurance及a cow 及two goats 三者平行,那and 前為何沒” , “號
作成 X, Y, and Z
B)如果是 a cow 及two goats 二者平行,那 insurance 後的” , ” 是什麼意思呢
